Overview

A standalone, fully Persian product for the physical and administrative control of assets in organisations, companies, factories and shops. Every asset has a “current state”, and alongside it an immutable event log of every move, change of custodian, change of location, repair and disposal. You can always see the full path an asset has taken since day one.

The problem

In many organisations asset data is either not recorded at all or kept in scattered Excel files. Nobody knows who has an item right now, where it is or what its history is. The yearly stock-take is entirely manual and slow, and discrepancies are usually found far too late.

The solution

A system that puts a real QR label on every asset, logs its full movement (handover, transfer, repair, disposal) automatically in a ledger, and makes stock-taking possible with a phone camera and an instant discrepancy report. Most importantly, none of the settings (tag format, custom fields, statuses, branding) need any code. They are all done from the admin panel.

How I built it

The main dashboard has stat cards, an asset-status chart and a command search (Ctrl+K) to jump to any section or any asset from anywhere in the app.

The asset list has table and card views, filters by status and department, bulk selection, bulk printing of labels / QR codes and Excel export. Bulk import from Excel has a “review mode” that shows each row’s errors before anything is saved.

Each asset has its own page (Asset 360) showing its photo, tag, specs, current location and custodian, a real QR code and its full history in one place.

Handover and transfer documents are finalised with one click. That writes a ledger entry for every item and produces an official printable record with the organisation’s letterhead and signature lines.

Stock-taking on mobile: start a session (all assets, or one department / location), scan with the phone camera or enter manually, watch live progress, and at the end get a discrepancy report (found, moved, missing) with automatic correction.

Every setting (organisation name and colour, glossary terms, custom fields, groups and statuses) is managed from the admin panel without code. The system is ready both for a single organisation’s private install and for hosting several independent organisations on one server.
